This event holds a special place in my heart as we gather to honor my father, Ron Huckabee, affectionately known as "Coach." My dad had a profound passion for coaching, golf, and mentoring children. New Scoring Procedure: Golf Genius live scoring app will serve as their official score card. The hard card will be used to keep track of the required drives for each player. All TEAMS, put your 2 scores per hole into the app after completing each hole, so the live scoring feature will be accurate all day long.
Download the Golf Genius app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All official scoring will be completed through Golf Genius using your GGID (Golf Genius ID). This will serve as your official scorecard each day.

- You must log in using your GGID to access scoring. GGID will be assigned to you by Paiute Team.
- You are still required to turn in your paper (hard) scorecard as a backup at the end of each round.
- Instructions will be given the day of the tournament
This year, we are making a few adjustments to the format:
- Day One: We will not be using traditional flights, except for The Players Flight (5th flight), which will remain the same both days.
The top four flights will instead be divided into Group 1 and Group 2. At the end of Day One, team scores will be used to properly assign flights for Day Two. This approach ensures a fair and competitive chance for all teams heading into the final round. - Day Two: Teams will be placed into the following flights based on Day One performance:
- Master’s Flight
- U.S. Open Flight
- British Open Flight
- PGA Flight
- Byron Nelson Flight
- The Players Flight (unchanged from Day One)

The tournament covers 3 nights (Thursday-Saturday). A credit card will be required by all players at check-in to cover incidentals and any extra nights players have booked. Contact [email protected] to book or make changes to your room arrangements.
